ZULU GREEN

ZULU GREEN is an Amsterdam based multi dynamic artist who uses their voice as their instrument. ZULU' stands for the black heritage and 'GREEN' represents the Green heart chakra, because "Everything comes from the HE.ART" Just like ZULU identifies as genderfluid, their music is also genrefluid, which means they are constantly evolving and drawing inspiration from a variety of creative influences.

The ZULU GREEN experience is a paradoxical journey through the beautiful complexities of life. It is an experience that is both "woke" and whimsical, a fusion of conscious thought and the exploration of life's more lighthearted aspects. Their art is a celebration of love, a reflection on the things that irk them, and an exploration of the dualities that shape our existence.

In the realm of Hip-Hop, R&B, and Futuristic Soul, ZULU GREEN's music transcends boundaries and challenges preconceived notions. Their sonic creations are a testament to their constant quest for balance, always seeking the middle ground where art meets life, seriousness meets humor, and boldness meets vulnerability.

Winner of the Grote Prijs van Rotterdam in the category Hip-Hop in 2020, he has since expanded his artistic footprint with his own community 'NO BIGGIE' which organizes Hip Hop & R'n'b infused events throughout the city of Rotterdam.
