Bring a valid ticket, your ID (18+) and ear protection (you can buy earplugs at Parallel).
Think of the neighbours when entering and leaving the building.
Always follow directions by Parallel staff.

Entry can be denied if you are under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.
Your bag and clothes might be searched for security reasons.
Parallel has camera surveillance.
Photographers or videographers might shoot during club nights.

Bring weapons, knives, hard drugs, food, drinks, promotional material, stickers, markers, professional (video)cameras, recording devices, medication without prescription and/or animals into Parallel.
Smoke or use e-smokers inside: you can smoke outside.
Deal in soft/hard drugs or trade other goods.
Commit vandalism and/or theft.

Parallel endorses the ClubEthics Manifesto & Code for Safer Clubbing. This means:

All visitors should be able to be and express themselves however they want, and treat each other with respect.
(Sexually) aggressive, obstructive or intimidating behaviour and discrimination in any form (e.g. racism, sexism, transphobia, ableism, Islamophobia and homophobia) is not tolerated.
Parallel staff have the right to remove visitors exhibiting any unwanted or exclusionary behaviour, or refuse entry at the door to those who threaten/endanger the safety of others.

If you experience any kind of intimidation or unwanted behaviour, you can notify any member of our staff in total confidence. Every staff member on site has received training on best practice to maintain safe spaces in our nightlife community, and are there to help you discretely.
