Parallel processes personal data about you because you use our website and / or because you provide us with this data yourself. We value your privacy very much and will explain below how we collect, use and protect your personal data. Our contact details can be found on the contact page on this website.

Our goal: an accessible website
Our website contains links to other websites. Parallel has no control over these sites and is not responsible for their content or policies. We want to provide an accessible website that meets the needs and expectations of the visitor, i.e. you. The personal data we process on our server are: data about your activities on our website, IP address, internet browser and device type. We analyze this data in order to secure and improve our website. We never provide personal data to third parties.

Personal data
Privacy relates to personal data of which it is possible to find out to whom they belong. Some you provide consciously as a visitor, and others the website collects in the background.

Data that you provide yourself
For the sale of tickets, we use Paylogic. This requires the creation of a Parallel account. Your e-mail address, first and last name and password are stored at AWS Cognito. When purchasing a ticket, Paylogic may ask for your name, e-mail address, name and address, country, date of birth and telephone number on our behalf, which the ticket company provides to us for the purpose of handling the agreement. For example, for sending tickets, but also for providing information about changes or cancellations (see also the heading E-mails) and (anonymized) analyses. In addition, we use the data to prevent fraud. To achieve this, we store your data in our customer databases Squeezely and TicketWorks.

When registering for one of our newsletters, you will be asked for your name and e-mail address. This registration is done through the external parties Squeezely and Spotler if you register via our website. But you can also indicate that you want to register for this when buying a ticket via Paylogic. When registering, you will find all the information about how we are going to email you. You can unsubscribe from future emails at the bottom of each email you receive if you wish.

Emails                                                                                        Did you buy a ticket for one of our programs? If you purchased this ticket online, we may email you with information about the program, such as transportation information, program changes, and other program-related matters. We will not send you messages that are not related to the program you are visiting. If you want to be kept informed about related concerts later (for example if the artist you visited returns), you can give permission for this yourself by means of an opt-in via one of our channels (including our website, Paylogic or a service e-mail).
