Personal data
Privacy refers to personal data of which one can determine to whom it belongs. Some of the personal data you provide us with consciously, others the website collects in the background.
Data that you provide yourself
For the sale of tickets we use Paylogic. This requires the creation of a Parallel account. Your email address, first and last name and password will be stored at AWS Cognito. When purchasing a ticket, Paylogic can ask for your name, e-mail address, name and address, country, date of birth and phone number, which will be provided to us by the ticket company for the purpose of handling the agreement. For example, for sending tickets, but also for providing information about changes or cancellations (see also the heading E-mails) and (anonymized) analyses. In addition, we use the data to combat fraud. To achieve this, we store your data in our customer database TicketWorks.
When registering for our newsletter, your name and email address are requested. This subscription is done through the external party MailChimp if you subscribe through our website. But you can also indicate when buying a ticket through Paylogic that you want to subscribe. When you register, you will find all the information about how we will email you. You can unsubscribe from future emails at the bottom of each email received if you wish.
Emails
Did you buy a ticket for one of our events? Then we may email you (if you bought the ticket online) with information about the event, such as transportation information, event changes and other event related matters. We will not send you any messages that are not related to the event you attended. If you would like to be notified of related events at a later date (for example, if the artist you visited returns), you can give us permission to do so by opting in through one of our channels (including our website, Paylogic or a service e-mail).
