Line-up

DJ Danifox

DJ Danifox started making music when he moved to the UK in 2014. As he began digging deeper into the sounds of Lisbon underground music, he started featuring on other artists' works, collaborating with DJ Lycox and Deejay Ary on Principe Discos release ‘Dorme Bem’. His style comes from Batida, Lisbon’s term for underground music. Influenced by Kuduro, Tarraxo and Lisbon ghetto: a mix of African percussion and electronic melodies known as “techno”.

DJ Python

DJ Python AKA Brian Pineyro has been making waves and taking names in New York since 2016. Known for his productions both as DJ Python and as DJ Wey, Pineyro has demonstrated himself to be a masterful and versatile producer, traversing hazy low-fi house and techno, ambient or breakbeat with equal ease and fluidity.

Nèna

Amsterdam’s Nèna brings feverish heat to the dance floor with sets balancing smootheness and energy. Her open-minded approach to club music results in an eclectic selection of dancehall and reggaeton glued into her excellent picks of bass, rolling techno and percussive electronics. Common threads weaving together her sound are dreamy melodies, contrasted with crunchy percussion, and a sweet sugar-coating in the form of seductive vocals or luscious samples.

Every other month, Nèna showcases her favourite tracks in her radio show on Radio Radio FM. A familiar face at leftfield hot spots in the city, Nèna is a promising talent rising from Amsterdam’s prolific underground.

Wes Lee

Wes Lee is the musical alter-ego of WaxFiend, one of Europe’s most sought after and respected DJs. Combining music from genres like hip-hop, danchehall, Afrobeat, house, soul, R&B and more, his unique sound and impressive career spans opening arena shows for artists inlcuding Rihanna, Young Thug, Kaytranada, SBTRKT, Kehlani & Sean Paul, alongside his residency at Encore, Holland's biggest weekly club night.

Behind the scenes, he is an active driving force behind 2 of Holland’s most respected platforms: Jamrock and Encore, alongside programming shows and nightlife events at Paradiso since 2020. Attuned to what’s next, he is currently curating a larger platform for South African electronic music in Amsterdam, with his Tribes and Ziongate events bringing some of SA’s most prolific artist’s to Amsterdam already.
