Every Friday, Parallel opens the doors to Terra: a fresh weekly club concept showcasing sounds from the global electronic underground. For this week's edition of Terra, residents OISHĪ and CHALÉ are joined by South London’s Mina and PARDON’s own EYCEE. Rest assured, this night will be connecting the sonic dots between electronic sounds from the UK, Ghana, South America and beyond.

Welcome to a new home ground in Amsterdam where sounds from the global diaspora collide and mutate with the western electronic sphere, creating new matter united by a percussive, bass-driven cohesion. Together with a team of residents and weekly guests, Terra showcases a weekly constellation of Afro house, Amapiano, baile funk, batida, gqom, futuristic mutations of dancehall, reggaeton and many more under one roof.

EYCEE b2b CHALÉ
CHALÉ is an Amsterdam-based DJ. As a child of Ghanaian parents, he was introduced to different types of African music at an early age, eventually leading him to master the decks. He is known for his energetic, eclectic music selection varying from UK Bass, club music from the diaspora and hip hop, which he also showcases during his monthly radio show, on Operator Radio. CHALÉ has established himself as a household name in the Amsterdam nightlife scene, but has also extended his resume with performances abroad in Paris, Berlin, Milan, London, Copenhagen just to name a few.
Mina
Her vibrant and melodic productions connect the dots and fuse together sounds from her London hometown, with rhythms from around the world. Mina has collaborated with many vocalists and producers, most notably the Ghanaian vocalist Bryte, who she tours internationally with. Alongside producing, Mina has a monthly residency on NTS radio, and is also part of the DJ collective Boko! Boko! with Tash LC and Juba. Mina has performed at prestigious festivals around the world including Glastonbury, Nyege Festival and Primavera, as well as headline shows at the Jazz Cafe and Village Underground in London, serving only to further confirm her status as one of the UK’s most exciting talents.

OISHĪ's creativity flows effortlessly, merging vogue beats, baile funk, Afro rhythms, and house into her distinctive sound. She's a professional when it comes to providing the musical gems that crowds so often desire - the familiar anthems that feel melodic, warm, and lusty.
