One of the electronic scene’s most crucial architects, SBTRKT returns for his first DJ set in Amsterdam in over 10 years, joined by Amsterdam’s own JAEL.
The masked British producer, songwriter and DJ helped shape the early 2010s UK electronic landscape through a steady stream of remixes and the release of his 2011 self titled debut album, SBTRKT. The record, featuring key collaborator Sampha, became a defining moment for a new wave of UK bass leaning electronic music, merging house, post dubstep and left field pop. SBTRKT’s productions and remixes for artists like Little Dragon and Drake quickly circulated across clubs and festivals worldwide, while his distinctive masked live performances established him as one of the era’s most recognisable electronic acts.
Alongside him is JAEL, Amsterdam based singer, songwriter and producer. As one half of the electronic soul duo GLXY and through collaborations across the city’s hip hop, R&B and electronic scenes, JAEL has built a reputation for sets that move fluidly between soulful vocals, club rhythms and forward leaning electronic sounds.

For years, JAEL has been a member of LA-based label and community Soulection, a respected cornerstone of creativity for innovative musicians. With international praise regarding his capacities as a DJ and live performing musician, JAEL has become increasingly popular on global stages. 2022 saw him perform at Boiler Room Festival (AMS), the Brooklyn Mirage (NYC), O2 Brixton (LDN) and touring the USA, South-Africa, Asia, Australia and New Zealand. In addition to this, JAEL continues his monthly appearances on the influential Rinse FM in London with his very own radio show, CAROUSEL JAEL.
