Line-up

Antunes

A huge music lover that connects South African sounds with one’s body and soul; this is how Antunes describes herself as a DJ. Having grown up on her father’s Cape Verdian (West-Africa) sounds and her mothers Surinamese music and Favorite 70’s Soul Playlist, Antunes grew up with quite a mixed spectrum of musical influence, all which became infused with her own love for Classical music, R&B, Soul, Kizomba and many more genres. Apart from her energetic and musical ways to create unforgettable memories, she also loves to practice her piano skills in producing her own music.

Doulou

Joenes

Ricks

Ricks
Patrick Appiah better known as Ricks is a Dutch/Ghanian DJ from Amsterdam mainly known for his strong Afro, Hip-Hop and R&B sounds which he has been honing since 2010. A current resident DJ at Afrolosjes, he has played several festivals including Amsterdam Open Air, Appelsap, Lowlands, Encore Festival and many more outside the Netherlands, including London, Germany and Ghana.

Aside from gigs, you can find him at his weekly radio show and at ADE every year.

Wes Lee

Wes Lee is the musical alter-ego of WaxFiend, one of Europe’s most sought after and respected DJs. Combining music from genres like hip-hop, danchehall, Afrobeat, house, soul, R&B and more, his unique sound and impressive career spans opening arena shows for artists inlcuding Rihanna, Young Thug, Kaytranada, SBTRKT, Kehlani & Sean Paul, alongside his residency at Encore, Holland's biggest weekly club night.

Behind the scenes, he is an active driving force behind 2 of Holland’s most respected platforms: Jamrock and Encore, alongside programming shows and nightlife events at Paradiso since 2020. Attuned to what’s next, he is currently curating a larger platform for South African electronic music in Amsterdam, with his Tribes and Ziongate events bringing some of SA’s most prolific artist’s to Amsterdam already.
