Genre-pushing Nia Archives returns following her sold-out ADE debut at Parallel as one of the most exciting and compelling new artists in the UK making cutting edge lo-fi jungle music. Clocking millions of views on her singles and sets and making her cover debut on none other than Mixmag, Nia's seismic year proves she's here to stay, cementing the jungle prowess of her sets and productions.

Following an era-defining 'Summer of Jungle' that saw Nia sell out a Secret Summer Rave and play all over the world, Nia commands unwavering attention with her euphoria-inducing, club ready selections. In the last year alone, she has won the DJ Mag ‘Breakthrough Producer 2022’, NME Bandlab Award for ‘Best Producer’, BBC Introducing “Artist of the Year” as the first electronic artist to ever be awarded the prize, and a MOBO Award for the newly introduced “Best Electronic/Dance Act” category. Most recently off the back of her record-breaking debut Boiler Room, she continues to reframe the jungle narrative with her upcoming EP Sunrise Bang Ur Head Against The Wall out on the 10th March.

Nia Archives

Nia Archives is making soft-hearted lo-fi jungle for introverted extroverts. Her first memories of music are deeply rooted in her Jamaican heritage; reggae and lovers rock were always on around her childhood home in Leeds.

A proud young British black woman who grew up in a predominantly white area, it’s important to Nia to take up space in jungle as a young Black woman, representing her dual-heritage roots and carving out space for other Black women to see themselves in the genre. Heavily influenced by soundsystem culture and carnival - the good vibes, energy and uniting quality of which undeniably teems through her music, she’s also inspired by artists and icons like Grace Jones, Erykah Badu, Angela Davies, Lauryn Hill, Nina Simone, Maya Angelou and more - all women who in their own way have represented and pushed forwards generations of black women.

Soft Break

Soft Break is a Rotterdam-born and based DJ, audiovisual artist and designer whose early encounters with the city's jungle, dubstep and grime scene are heavily reflected in her eclectic sets. Moving through gentle vocals, percussion, hard drums, footwork, hip-hop and thundering bass, expect genre-busting, energy-driven aural narratives, full of unexpected twists and turns from this rising star.

2022 marked the year of major debuts, wowing crowds at Dekmantel Festival, De School, WOO HAH!, Vandalized, SPIELRAUM and Dekmantel Selectors throughout a variety of outstanding sets, frequently sharing the stage with her companion Nala Brown. As a founding member of the collective AMPFEMININE, she curates mixes by femme-identifying DJ’s, booking talent and hosting events and parties.
