Evian Christ is set to make a triumphant return to Parallel, this time gracing us with a live concert to celebrate the imminent release of his debut album, Revanchist (2023). This performance will delve deep into the latent potential of trance music, aiming to evoke not just euphoria but the most profound sense of the sublime. Stay tuned for an exciting announcement as Evian Christ curates a special lineup for the event; featuring Elusin (live), Torus and Woesum.

In 2022, the world was introduced to Revanchist with an unforgettable headline performance at Primavera's L'Auditori. Now, Revanchist: Live promises to be an expansive audio-visual experience that delves into the album's core musical and visual concepts. Collaborating with the visionary lighting designer Emmanuel Biard, this project represents four years of intensive research and development. It culminates in the Longinus array, a custom-built, heat-compressed 12-meter fresnel screen boasting twenty-four high-power LED projectors, a unique mounting system, and optical-grade bounce mirrors. The resulting lighting effects are nothing short of awe-inspiring and must be witnessed to be fully appreciated.

A word of caution: Evian Christ's performance, in keeping with his unwavering technical demands, will be supported by an overwhelming 15kw of relentless xenon strobe lighting and arena-grade smoke machines. As such, this show may not be suitable for individuals with photosensitive epilepsy.

Cleanly dissecting scenes and reconstructing them into reimagined contexts to radically alter their social function. His technical approach offers a framework in which to explore the emotional and personal aspects of sound intuitively.
