Revitalizing Dance in Club Culture is a panel talk and workshop focused on bringing the essence of dance and expression back into the nightclub experience. Dance has left the clubs and more and more concertgoers & club attendees are unfulfilled with the current state of nightlife & the lack of expression through movement. In this panel, we’re joined by legendary dancer Kapela, Meedy (founder DESCENDANTS), Kim Tawjoeram (founder Rooted in Culture) & moderator Kenney Tonge (founder of Afroconex) to explore the nuances that have created the current climate and how we can revitalize nightlife back to its essence.
