Touching down in Amsterdam after the release of their debut album, ascendant vierge have bewitched fans and critics alike since thundering onto the scene with their concoction of enigmatic lyrics and fast-paced hardcore/goth pop. Pushing the envelope of electronic music, they've been making waves since the hard-pounding gabber beat and operatic vocals of their debut single, Influencer, cast listeners under their spell.
Their timeless European raver sound lies in the alchemy of Mathilde's Gothic vocals and the Casual Gabberz co-founder's punchy beats coming together to create a sound which, like their visual identity, is unafraid to oscillate between the apocalyptic and angelic. Fascinated by astrology, the group finds its inspiration as much in the stars as in hardcore techno.

Fernandez, and Paul Seul, DJ and producer known for co-founding the Casual Gabberz collective. Following the success of their first EP and their single "Influenceur" which reached more than 20 million streams, ascendant vierge went on their first tour: four Petit Bain in Paris sold out in a few hours, booked all over Europe (MUTEK, We Love Green, Eurockéennes, Nuits Sonores or Dour).
Gysèle b2b Akemio Grey
Recentely, Gysèle and Akemio Grey launched Hard Attack, a new club concept focusing on early rave culture, hardcore and gabber. Before starting collecting vinyl and DJing, Akemio is a true rave soul from the early days, traversing the many subgenres the Dutch dance scene had to offer. His journey through European rave culture is a never ending search for underground club tracks, unknown gems, sub-genres, big room hits and secret weapons. Aside from being a full-time vinyl fanatic, Akemio is the founder of dreamphase, a party organisation evolving into a platform pushing new, talented rave souls with guest mixes and radio shows.
